It began, as it so often does, not on a stage but in an empty room. Years before the platforms and the teaching, there was a decision about who worship was actually for — and the answer reordered everything that followed.

Over more than two decades of leading worship across four continents, one conviction only deepened: that worship was never meant to be a performance you perfect. It is a Person you behold — and craft, sound, and leadership all flow from there, or they flow from nowhere worth going.

Worshipping Warriors Global grew out of a simple frustration: worship leaders were being handed technique when what they needed was formation. So the work became this — teaching that starts in the secret place, coaching that walks the whole road with a person, and a community so no one has to grow alone.

More than three hundred leaders have now been mentored through this work, in churches across forty-eight nations. Every one of them began exactly where you are: with a single decision about who this is all for.
