Client Questionnaire: Claim Against Solicitor for Failure to Assess Vulnerability

1. What specific vulnerability did you have at the time you engaged the solicitor? (E.g., mental health condition, cognitive impairment, learning disability, language barrier, etc.)
2. Was this vulnerability diagnosed or documented by a medical professional before your engagement with the solicitor?
